Salon Guarantee - Studio E is committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your services, simply contact one of our managers and we will arrange for you to come back in. We ask that you call us within 24 hours of your original appointment.

  • Reservations – To ensure stylist's availability we recommend you pre-book your next appointment. Although we know unforeseen circumstances may arise that would prohibit you from giving us proper notification for missing appointments, 24 hours notice of appointment changes is requested. Please allow us to reserve all visits services with a credit card.

  • Guest Cancellation – We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all salon services. Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged a $25  re-booking fee prior to booking your next appointment. No shows will be charged a $25/hr booking fee.

  • Salon Information – We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. If you are a first time client, a short profile will be completed prior to service.

  • Late Arrivals – We regret that we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals. You may not receive your full service booking. We ask if you are going to be late, please call our salon and we can estimate at that time, if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.

  • Cell Phones – Out of consideration of all Studio E guests, please limit use of cell phones to the lobby area. Cell phone or other electronics used in the service area must be at zero volume.

  • Gift Certificates-may be redeemed for services or retail products only. Gift certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen. A gift certificate may not be purchased in conjunction with any special offer or discount and may not be redeemed for cash.

  • Returns – Within 30 days of purchase date, all returned, unopened, unused products are returnable for a full refund in the form of an in-salon credit to be used for future service or retail purchases. Opened or used products are non-returnable, we do offer a complimentary 15 minute product lesson, with a manager or the stylist who recommended the product.

  • Children – Although we enjoy servicing children, we cordially request that you refrain from bringing your children along for your appointment if they are not having services done, as we feel it is an unsafe environment for children when not directly supervised by an adult.

  • All salon prices are subject to change.
